The cottage is located in a neighborhood is quiet and friendly and has easy access to the many bicycle and walking paths that St. Simons Island has to offer and is just a short stroll to the Village and Pier. We live here too, anmd LOVE it!
Enjoy the sun room, which leads to a deck overlooking the large fenced in back yard. Complete with an outdoor shower and teak furniture with umbrella, it is the perfect place for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening under our famous Live Oak trees. Complete with a swing set, it allows the kids and dogs a good place to run while you grill fresh fish on the large gas grill, which comes complete with gas. All the neighbors are wonderful people and we take care to ensure that our guests feel at home and respect the folks that live here permanently. Loud noise or large parties are not appropriate for this area.

- Children and Families preferred. This is a family-oriented neighborhood.
- 'Nice' Pets allowed following discussion of local pet ordinances with Owner. $250 refundable damage deposit will apply. Pets are NOT allowed to use human furniture!
- Full supply of bathroom, kitchen and laundry supplies are provided so you don't have to shop for household basics!
If you desire, interim Housekeeping services during your stay can be arranged through local service providers, available at prevailing local rates (usually in the neighborhood of $90 for full house cleaning or $45 for a partial). Exit housecleaning is included in your rate.
